Refund policy

> Returns:

We like to keep things simple.

If you are not satisfied with the product within 7 days of receiving, please return to us.

Please keep in mind that you are responsible for the cost of the return shipment.

Please include the following information:

> Original purchase order/reference number

> Customer name

Please include all original packaging and accessories when returning an item. Returns must be shipped within seven business days since it was received. We are unable to refund any import duties/tariffs, original, or return shipping costs for returns.

 

> Refunds:

Upon receipt of the return, we will issue a full refund for the purchase price of the item(s), not including the original shipping charges. Just give us a few days to process your return.

 

> Exchanges:

If your item arrives damaged or contains a manufacturer defect, it is covered under our Lifetime Warranty. Please give us a call at +61 1300 770 921.
